Let's Eat

My passion for cooking started as a little girl, always wanting to help my mom in the kitchen. It was our girl time, and I take her lessons with me in spirit every time I make a dish.  

It gives me joy to make delicious food for family and friends, and use my creativity to make it all look pretty on the plate. Cooking techniques are easily learned with a little practice, as is the skill of plating, to make your dishes look oh so yummy.  If you cook with fresh ingredients and herbs, and for me, lemon zest is a must, those little things make the difference in your dishes.  So let's get cooking!
